A great read, Christos! Your story also reminds me that strategists in Wall Street can be waving the flags as permabears, Dr. Doom, or calling for recessions or stock meltdown, but they don't actually manage other people's money! So listen with a grain of salt :-)

This showed up in my weekly emails of "Stacks to Read" from Substack. Super well written and I loved the story of Adam not listening to Tom at Tasty Live anymore. :) That's goes for not listening to Dan Nathan. A short can always find a way to talk you out of a trade and a bull can always find a reason to push you in to a trade, but if the trend of the market needs to turn in order to make that case - IGNORE the advice. I'd rather lose 5% and be able to get out when the trend supports the theory than to panic and miss a 10% pop like we've had since everyone said "at all time highs you should get out".
